President Trump and Congress have agreed to re-open closed government agencies until Feb. 15. Meanwhile, senior Pentagon officials are scheduled to speak around the Washington area this week and a host of defense companies will have earnings calls.

Monday

Tuesday

The House Armed Services Committee holds a hearing about the Defense Department's operations on the southern border.

The Senate Armed Services Committee holds a hearing with outside experts on China and Russia.

The Brookings Institution holds a discussion on the 2019 Missile Defense Review.

The Senate Armed Services Committee holds a hearing on cyber strategy with senior Pentagon officials.

Lockheed MartinHarris and L3 Technologies executives are slated to discuss their companies' respective quarterly earnings.

KeyW is set to present at a Noble Capital Markets conference.

Wednesday

Boeing, General Dynamics and Oshkosh executives are set to discuss their companies' respective quarterly earnings.

Thursday

Northrop Grumman and Raytheon executives are slated to review their companies' respective quarterly earnings.

Friday

Booz Allen Hamilton executives are expected to discuss quarterly earnings.
