MDA notice on THAAD sale to Saudi Arabia

In a Feb 8, 2019 Federal Business Opportunities notice, the Missile Defense Agency announces its plan "to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control . . . to support the future sale of seven Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Batteries by providing long-lead items, obsolescence mitigation, tooling and test equipment, key personnel, line-requalification activities, initial training development, System Integration Lab (SIL) and testbeds, three-level maintenance concept, exportability and early engineering development."
