Navy building land-based Ford-class Advanced Weapons Elevators test site

The Navy plans to build a land-based testing site in Philadelphia, PA for Ford-class aircraft carriers' Advanced Weapons Elevators, according to the Naval Sea Systems Command chief. Vice Adm.
