Geurts: Attack submarine Boise delayed for maintenance until 2020

The maintenance availability for the Los Angeles-class attack submarine Boise (SSN-764) is delayed until 2020 due to shipyard backlogs, despite previous plans for the vessel to reach a dry dock this past January.
