General Dynamics taps Smith to lead marine systems business

General Dynamics said today it has named Robert Smith executive vice president of its marine systems segment, effective July 1.

He succeeds John Casey, who will retire June 30.

Smith was previously president of JetAviation, and David Paddock, senior vice president and general manager of U.S. aircraft services at JetAviation, will succeed Smith.
