The Jan. 31, 2019 memorandum signed by Navy Vice Adm. William Merz, the service's top requirements officer, "designates Common Control System (CCS) as the Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA) control station solution for all Navy Unmanned Systems (UxS)."
