Sikorsky combat rescue helicopter achieves first flight

Sikorsky's Combat Rescue Helicopter -- the Air Force's replacement to its legacy Pave Hawk fleet -- achieved its first flight today at a company facility in West Palm Beach, FL. One HH-60W flew today for 1.2 hours, and another helicopter is scheduled for a flight test next week, the company said.
