The Army last week posted slides from an industry conference about the Cyber Training, Readiness, Integration, Delivery and Enterprise Technology effort, previously called the Persistent Cyber Training Environment-Consolidated Integration and Development Contract.

"P-CIDC has been scoped and rebranded to Cyber TRIDENT to better serve the cyber training community's procurement needs," according to a Federal Business Opportunities notice.

The conference slides state Cyber TRIDENT is an "enterprise approach" that uses current Army investment in cyber training software. The contract will serve Army program executive offices, service cyber commands and "joint cyber community organizations in support of [Defense Department] and non-DOD (state and local governments) cyber training."
