The Government Accountability Office late last month rejected DynCorp International's protest of the Army's Logistics Civil Augmentation Program, better known as LOGCAP V.

According to the bid protest docket, the protest was denied July 31. DynCorp did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

AECOM, Fluor and a PAE-Parsons team have also filed protests over the program. According to the docket, those cases remain open.

In April, the Army announced it had awarded spots on LOGCAP V to KBR, Vectrus, Fluor and a PAE-Parsons team. KBR, Fluor and DynCorp International were the incumbents on the previous version of the program.
