Army Research Laboratory to fill infrastructure gaps with 'master plan'

The Army Research Laboratory is looking to modernize infrastructure at three of its facilities to support the service's modernization efforts. Shawn Kidwell, ARL's program manager for infrastructure, said the new initiative will include an 'Innovation Hub,' an 'Artificial Intelligence Institute' and Army Futures Command's 'Open Campus.'
