Navy memo on integrated force-structure assessment

The Sept. 6, 2019 memo signed by Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Michael Gilday and Marine Corps Commandant Gen. David Berger says the services will work on a "comprehensive naval force architecture" that will advise an integrated force-structure assessment.
