OMB letter on COVID-19 funding

The March 17, 2020 letter sent to Congress from the White House Office of Management and Budget includes a $45 billion supplemental funding request to combat the COVID-19 outbreak, $8.3 billion of which would go to the Defense Department in the form of an "Emergency Response Fund."
