Raytheon to divest Forcepoint business

Investment firm Francisco Partners said this week it has agreed to acquire Raytheon Technologies' Forcepoint cybersecurity business. Forcepoint was created just over five years ago through a deal with private-equity firm Vista Equity Partners .
