SAIC names new CFO

Science Applications International Corp. said today it has named Prabu Natarajan chief financial officer, effective Jan. 4.

He will succeed Charlie Mathis who is planning to retire.

Natarajan was previously an executive at Northrop Grumman, most recently as vice president for financial strategy and planning, vice president for mergers and acquisitions and acting vice president of tax.
