Army hosting advance planning briefing at Aberdeen for FY-22, -23 contracting opportunities

The Army is hosting a virtual advance planning briefing at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, to discuss potential future contracting opportunities, according to a notice posted today.

The service will address contracting opportunities for mission areas that focus on command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence and reconnaissance, or C5ISR; research and development; test and evaluation; chemical and biological defense; and APD Garrison, the Feb. 2 notice states.

The briefing, which will be held from April 20 to 21, "will identify potential contracting opportunities that are aligned with the roadmaps of each respective organization, specifically focusing on fiscal year 2022 [to] 2023," according to the notice.

Slides accompanying the briefing will be posted two weeks prior to the event and pre-registration is not required. Instead, the service will update the notice with more information.
