Rep. Luria's letter on Battle Force 2045 plan

In a Feb. 24, 2021 letter to acting Navy Secretary Thomas Harker and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Michael Gilday, House Armed Services seapower and projection forces subcommittee Chairwoman Elaine Luria (D-VA) requests "the relevant supporting documentation that led to the creationof the Battle Force 2045 plan."
