DOD IG audit of the cybersecurity of additive manufacturing systems

The July 1, 2021 Defense Department inspector general's report determines "whether DOD Components secured additive manufacturing (AM) systems to prevent unauthorized changes and ensure the integrity of the design data. AM systems are printers and computer workstations used to develop three-dimensional (3‑D) products."
