Kendall confirmed after Peters lifts hold

Kendall was confirmed after Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI) lifted a hold on his nomination. Peters had placed the hold because he was unhappy with a recent Air Force decision to establish an F-16 and F-35 Joint Strike Fighter foreign military sales training center in Arkansas, rather than his home state of Michigan...
