GAO decision on Northrop Grumman protest of NGJ-LB program

In an Aug. 18, 2021 decision publicly released in redacted form the following Sept. 3, the Government Accountability Office sustains a protest Northrop Grumman filed against a contract awarded to L3Harris Technologies for the Next Generation Jammer-Low Band Capability Block 1.
