Northrop CEO wants more co-development with U.S. allies, doesn’t expect further consolidation

The chief executive of Northrop Grumman said today she would like to see increased partnership on defense acquisition programs between the United States and its foreign allies, especially when it comes to developing weapon systems. “Co-development would be ideal,” Northrop CEO Kathy Warden said during an event at the Brookings Institute.
