Marine Corps aims to establish lethal, mobile stand-in forces as part of force design efforts

The Marine Corps is planning on forming low-signature but lethal and mobile stand-in forces to be the leading edge of the United States' forward-deployed forces, according to a new guidance Marine Corps Commandant Gen.
