Army selects four companies to prototype new water trailer

Oshkosh Defense, Navistar Defense, Isometrics and Schutt Industries have been selected to build prototypes of a new water tank and trailer that the Army will use to support company-sized units. Requirements for the Water Bison include a 500-gallon threshold and a 600-gallon objective for the tank, according to Frank Fleming, the Army’s assistant project manager for the Water Bison.
