SPACECOM chief calls out Russia, Chinese tests in unfunded priorities letter

The head of U.S. Space Command has sent Congress a $74 million unfunded priorities list, citing his concerns over continued Russian and Chinese investment in anti-space capabilities intended to challenge the United States, according to a document obtained by Inside Defense .
