McCord memo on FY-22 omnibus reprogramming

In an April 21, 2022 memo from Pentagon Comptroller Mike McCord, the Army, Navy and Air Force are all required to submit their fiscal year 1022 reprogramming plans by May 13, 2022 for potential inclusion in the Defense Department's annual omnibus reprogramming request to Congress.
