House Rules Committee sends defense policy bill to the floor with new amendments

The House Rules Committee voted 9-4 to advance the fiscal year 2025 defense authorization bill, with 350 amendments slated to receive votes on the House floor. Many of the amendments accepted are related to Israel, Gaza, Taiwan and Ukraine, while one sponsored by Rep.
