OMB statement of administration policy on House's FY-25 defense spending bill

In a June 24, 2024 statement of administration policy, the White House Office of Management and Budget opposes certain provisions of the House Appropriations Committee's fiscal year 2025 defense spending bill, threatening a presidential veto if it were to pass in its current form.
