U.S. GOVERNMENT DEALS HELICOPTERS, NEW AID RESTRICTIONS TO COLOMBIA

The U.S. government completed the delivery of Black Hawk helicopters to the Colombian government last week but placed new conditions on further military and financial assistance to the South American country. The delivery of 14 new UH-60L Black Hawk helicopters to the Colombian government was made last week, according to the office of Rep.
