NATO officials in Europe and North America are scrambling to improve the flow of vital intelligence information between them, which should help alliance forces battle a resurgence of Taliban fighters in Afghanistan, according to sources and documents. The challenge of information sharing in NATO, officials on both sides of the Atlantic agree, is getting members to make their national intelligence data available voluntarily to others.
