MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY JUGGLES UPCOMING GROUND-BASED TESTS

Following the latest testing delay to its Ground-based Midcourse Defense system, the Missile Defense Agency has retooled the program's flight test lineup, an agency spokesman told Inside Missile Defense last week.
