CIO: AFRICOM WORKING THROUGH COMMS INFRASTRUCTURE CHALLENGES

LAUDERDALE, FL -- As the Pentagon works to establish U.S. Africa Command, the Army is examining solutions to some of the infrastructure challenges for supporting communications needs in that area, Lt.
