Young: POM, Supplemental May Leave Space for Additional Vehicles for Afghanistan

The Defense Department may include in future budget plans a "placeholder" for the kinds of lightweight but well-protected vehicles needed in Afghanistan, according to the Pentagon's top acquisition executive.
