MATTIS PLANS MEETING WITH MEXICAN AMBASSADOR OVER CONTROVERSY

U.S. Joint Forces Command chief Gen. James Mattis wants to quell the Mexican government's concerns about references to the country's instability in a 2008 JFCOM document outlining potential threats and opportunities for the future joint force.
