Delivery of FY-10 Budget Request to Congress to Slip Into May

The Obama administration will delay the delivery of its detailed fiscal year 2010 budget request to Congress until sometime in May, which could provide lawmakers little time to conduct hearings and assess the proposal before their summer recess.
