New DOD 'Strategic Communication' Plans Cover Pakistan, Missile Defense, Extremism

A recently released Defense Department report reveals ongoing work on a handful of new strategic communication plans covering such wide-ranging topics as Pakistan, ballistic missile defense and violent extremism, but Pentagon officials are mum about the purpose and target audience of the plans.
