O'Reilly Notes 'Standing Commitment' to Poles, Czechs on European BMD System

Missile Defense Agency Director Army Lt. Gen. Patrick O'Reilly today described years-long plans to station missile defense assets in Poland and the Czech Republic as a "standing commitment" to these countries as Obama administration officials continue to mull the project's future.
