Pentagon's JSF Report Criticizes Lockheed For Mismanagement

The Pentagon is strongly criticizing the Lockheed Martin division that builds the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter for ignoring key management rules, but according to Lockheed the department has stopped short of revoking the contractor's management certification.
