Northrop Grumman, Boeing Submit OSF Proposal To MDA

Northrop Grumman and industry partner Boeing have submitted a joint proposal for the Missile Defense Agency's Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) program, according to a Northrop announcement. OSF will integrate MDA's modeling and simulation architectures for the Ballistic Missile Defense System. A contract is expected in July, with an estimated value of $595 million over five years, according to a company statement.
