Air Force officials have only one more test to pass to complete the certification process for the 50-50 Fischer-Tropsch Synthetic Paraffinic Kerosene blend alternative fuel, but they are having trouble finding an available MQ-9 Reaper unmanned air vehicle to complete the test, according to a service official.
