Odierno: Army Will Divest 13,000 MRAP Vehicles, Keeping 4,000

Army Chief of Staff Gen. Raymond Odierno last week shed new light on the service's plans for its tactical wheeled vehicle fleet, telling Congress the service planned to divest itself of 13,000 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles, keeping just 4,000 in an effort to cut maintenance costs.
