The Army has awarded a contract for a prototyping effort expected to inform the service's future combat vehicle development efforts. According to a Sept. 25 release from the Defense Automotive Technologies Consortium, the eight-year $237 million contract was awarded to a group of companies, led by Science Applications International Corp., in the DATC.
