Orbital ATK To Get Contract For Void-Sensing Fuze Spares As Milestone C Nears

The Air Force intends to begin ordering spare parts to support production of the new Hard Target Void Sensing Fuze built by Orbital ATK with a milestone C decision imminent. The new fuze is being developed for the Air Force and Navy and will add new level of sophistication to the military's guided bunker bombs, primarily the laser-guided GBU-28 and GBU-31 Joint Direct Attack Munition.
