Senators Urge FAA To Move On Unmanned Aircraft Regulation, Want Better COA Process

A group of senators have requested an update from the Federal Aviation Administration on its regulation of unmanned aerial systems amid concerns about delays to the rule-making process. The agency is on the cusp of releasing a draft rule that would regulate the use of UAS weighing under 55 pounds.
