In May 2024, Air Force acquisition chief Andrew Hunter, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations Lt. Gen. Adrian Spain, Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Integration and Requirements Lt. Gen. David Harris and Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs lt. Gen. Richard Moore submitted joint testimony to the congressional defense committees on fiscal year 2025 Air Force modernization programs.
