DOD IG memo on under-vehicle blast protection

In an Aug. 22, 2016, memo, the Defense Department inspector general's office announces it will conduct an audit "to determine whether the Army is adequately protecting soldiers from under-vehicle blasts as part of the force protection requirement. This audit is the second in a series of audits on the Army Paladin Integrated Management Program."
