Navy, Marine Corps testimony on FY-25 seapower and projection forces budget

On April 17, 2024 Navy acquisition chief Nick Guertin, Marine Corps Deputy Commandant for Combat Development and Integration Lt. Gen. Karsten Heckl and Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfighting Requirements and Capabilities (N9) Vice Adm. James Pitts submitted joint prepared testimony for a House Armed Services seapower and projection forces subcommittee hearing on the fiscal year 2025 budget request.
