Army Shifts Key Geolocation Program To Acquisition Chief's Office

Army acquisition executive Heidi Shyu has realigned the Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing program under her own office, according to the official now in charge of the developmental effort. The program will now be headed by Kevin Fahey, director of system of systems engineering and integration in the acquisition, logistics and technology office.
