Navy memo establishing an LCS review team

In a Feb. 29, 2016, memo, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson and Navy acquisition chief Sean Stackley call for establishing a Littoral Combat Ship review tea to assess "the total number of mission modules required based on the current program of record and for a revised approach where mission modules remain with a specific LCS hull."
