9/11 Commission: Congress Must Reform Intelligence Oversight

In addition to calling for sweeping changes to the executive branch's intelligence apparatus, the 9/11 Commission is asking lawmakers to reconsider the way Congress oversees the intel community and the federal government's homeland security activities.
