ACC Chief Declares Next-Generation F-22As Operational

Air Combat Command officials have determined the F-22A Raptor has achieved a critical program milestone and is certified for combat missions across the globe, according to the Air Force's top combat commander. ACC chief Gen. Ronald Keys today declared the next-generation fighter has reached initial operational capability, clearing the way for the aircraft to be deployed around the world.
