Aerojet Rocketdyne announced Wednesday it has agreed to buy Orlando, FL-based Coleman Aerospace from L3 Technologies for $15 million in cash. The purchase expands Aerojet's portfolio into the target missile vehicle business, according to an Aerojet statement.
